Like pangs of hunger, hair fall has come and gone in my life. And during this time, I have tried these age-old tested remedies. I can vouch for them.
1. Coconut oil
Try coconut oil massage once or twice a week for your beautiful hair. It deeply nourishes the hair, thus deeply protecting your hair from any damages.
Massage a few drops of it on your scalp for a healthy scalp and beautiful hair. Keep it overnight and then wash it the next day.
A coconut oil mask is good too.
There are also coconut oil shampoos in the market due to the wonder of magical coconut oil.
Coconut oil is also used as cooking oil by many in Asia.
2. Coconut milk
Coconut milk rich in iron, potassium, and essential fats is an excellent remedy for hair loss. I prefer to take coconut milk from a fresh coconut. Apply it on your hair for three to four hours, and then take a nice head bath.
3. Apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar (ACV) is very effective in maintaining a healthy scalp. ACV balances the pH level of the hair and creates a healthy environment for the hair to grown.
4. Egg masks
Egg masks are extremely beneficial too. As you know, eggs are loaded with protein and various important minerals such as zinc and iron.
Make your own egg mask at home. Some prefer to use only egg whites to avoid the smell. I tend to use the whole of egg (not gonna miss out on anything, LOL!). You can also add a little coconut oil and lemon juice to make it extra special.
Don't keep it for long. 20 mins would do. Rinse off with cold water.
5. Green tea
You can also try green tea - easy-peasy. Soak two or more tea bags in warm water based on your hair length.
Once it cools off, wash your hair with it. Try it; it does wonders.
