Sleep Better with Tart Cherry Juice
I’ve always had trouble sleeping. Anyone with insomnia knows it can be a real pain to deal with. I’ve tried everything from melatonin to meditation and found few improvements in my sleep quality. Even if I manage to fall asleep with a sleeping pill, I always end up waking groggy and exhausted. A friend recently recommended that I try drinking a glass of tart cherry juice before I go to bed.
